When you contact RPhotographyStudio through the website’s contact form, we collect the information you provide, including:

3. Contact form and data storage

The website uses WPZOOM Forms to process contact enquiries.

When a visitor submits the contact form, the information provided, including name, email address, subject and message, is stored in the WordPress database and may also be delivered to the website owner by email.

The submission may also include technical information such as the sender’s IP address, submission date and time, referring page, and browser or device information (user agent).

This information is processed to respond to enquiries, manage correspondence and help prevent misuse of the contact form.

Access to submissions is restricted to authorised website administration.

The contact form does not currently use Google reCAPTCHA or Cloudflare Turnstile.

4. How long we keep your information

General contact enquiries are normally retained for no longer than 12 months after the last relevant communication.

Information connected to ongoing commissions, contractual relationships or legal obligations may be retained for longer when necessary.

Technical server logs are retained according to operational and security requirements and the applicable hosting arrangements.

Personal information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed for its original purpose, subject to applicable legal obligations.

5. Cookies and analytics

RPhotographyStudio uses essential cookies and similar technologies for website functionality, security and the management of privacy preferences.

With your consent, the website also uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand website traffic, page views, approximate geographic information and how visitors interact with the website.

Google Analytics is implemented through Complianz, which manages cookie consent and blocks optional analytics tracking until consent is provided.

Google Analytics 4 does not log or store individual IP addresses.

The legal basis for optional analytics processing is consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent can be refused or withdrawn at any time through the website’s cookie preferences.

  • Wordfence, for website security and protection against malicious activity.
  • UpdraftPlus and Google Drive, for website backups and recovery.

Personal information is not sold to advertisers.

Service providers may process personal data where necessary to deliver their services, subject to applicable contractual and legal safeguards.

Some service providers may process information outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where personal data is transferred internationally, applicable transfer mechanisms and safeguards must be assessed and implemented in accordance with the GDPR.
